Jan Travnick

Jan comes to Illustra with expertise in executive coaching, building leadership skills, creating business acumen and public speaking. Her strengths lie in the ability to assist individuals develop and enhance their leadership competencies by providing a strong message with real world insights.  Joining lllustra in 2011 she has used her experience to coach clients throughout the global business world. She also worked with The Summit Group a global sales performance improvement company for 15 years.  She was responsible for delivery of their value generation, knowledge acquisition, marketing, management and leadership training programs worldwide.  A few of those clients included Marriot International, Cisco, HP, Proctor and Gamble, United States Postal Service, The St. Paul Companies and Xerox.
