In 2020 business people from around the world were compelled to explore virtual technologies as the only way to meet and conduct business – one year later Mars Canada brought sales people together from across the country to share their experiences and receive coaching and guidance from leading experts in how to build virtual business relationships

The program consists of two workshops, the first run by Doctor Valerio Pascotto deals with the psychological aspects of developing virtual relationships. The second run by Chris Pratt focuses on how salespeople can utilize what they have learned to improve the effectiveness of their virtual customer meetings

During this highly interactive program participants explored the behaviors and strategies that can lead to more successful virtual relationships and meetings, and role-played how best to deal with challenges that can occur in a typical virtual business relationship.

Valerio is a leading innovator in the field of live virtual coaching and virtual experiential learning. He has over 20 years of experience conducting seminars and developed programs for industry in the area of technology driven rapid change, difficult conversations, coaching and feedback, team building, leadership. Valerio holds a Doctoral Degree in Psychology at Pepperdine University and has taught at the graduate and doctoral level.
