Phil Stockbridge

With a particular passion for engaging and empathizing, Phil delivers training, coaching and consultancy to organizations all over the globe. His USP is in developing solutions that delight customers and designs and delivers interventions that make a difference. Based in the U.K., he has senior-level expertise on remote and cross-cultural management issues in Europe, Asia and the Americas. Previously, as a Director with Global Integration, a training and consulting firm specializing in helping clients work successfully across distance, culture, time zones and technology, his recent clients include global companies like Cognizant, RBS, General Electric, BAT, Mars, Coca Cola, Talanx, Rolls-Royce and Carlsberg.

Phil’s experience includes production management in the brewing and food industries, as well as business development and new product introduction to southern European markets for an office equipment manufacturer. Phil also has been instrumental in facilitating large-scale corporate change programs, including designing and delivering training and facilitation packages which impacted several thousand employees. His breadth of expertise includes providing training and human resources support to the growing central and southern European markets, with particular emphasis on Hungary, Poland, Italy and Portugal. Phil has received numerous accolades for his capabilities in designing and delivering competence/skills training and organization design for developing markets.

Phil is fluent in Italian and holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Birmingham University.
