Dave McCormick

Dave​ ​ is​ ​ Founder​ ​ and​ ​ Director​ ​ of​ ​CreativeSensemaking​ ​ Limited​ ​ – ​ ​ a ​ ​ small​ ​ company​ ​ focused on​ ​ helping​ ​ people​ ​ and​ ​ organisations​ ​ do​ ​ the​ ​ right thing​ ​ well.​ ​ Our​ ​ approach​ ​ is​ ​ to​ ​ facilitate​ ​ strategic conversations,​ ​ develop​ ​ strategic​ ​ leadership capabilities,​ ​ help​ ​ people​ ​ make​ ​ sense​ ​ of​ ​ the challenges​ ​ they​ ​ face​ ​ and​ ​ spot​ ​ emerging opportunities. Sensemaking​ ​ works​ ​ with​ ​ clients​ ​ across​ ​ different industries​ ​ and​ ​ of​ ​ different​ ​ sizes​ ​ – ​ ​ from​ ​ small charities​ ​ to​ ​ Global​ ​ Businesses. Dave​ ​ is​ ​ also​ ​ co-founder​ ​ of​ ​ Growth​ ​ Agenda,​ ​ a global​ ​ network​ ​ of​ ​ like-minded​ ​ consultants, co-editor​ ​ of​ ​ Growth​ ​ Champions,​ ​ and​ ​ of​ ​ Future​ ​ Agenda–​ ​ the​ ​ world​ ​ leading​ ​ open-source​ ​ futures project. Previously​ ​ Dave​ ​ spent​ ​ 30​ ​ years​ ​ in​ ​ Shell​ ​ where​ ​ he​ ​ worked​ ​ in​ ​ Strategy,​ ​ Finance,​ ​ Innovation,​ ​ Business Development​ ​ and​ ​ designed​ ​ and​ ​ delivered​ ​ Leadership​ ​ Development​ ​ programmes.​ ​ Dave​ ​ has​ ​ also​ ​ been a​ ​ visiting​ ​ lecturer​ ​ at​ ​ CASS​ ​ Business​ ​ school
