Alison Reynolds

Alison is an organisational change consultant who works with both the private and public sectors leading transformation initiatives. Alison is a graduate of the University of York and Warwick Business School and went on to work for the UK Government and Deloitte. Alison specialises in change management and has experience of working in Health, Energy, Retail, Manufacturing, Transport, Defence and the UK Government. Alison works at all levels of the organisation, from the board to the frontline. Her experience includes; senior management coaching, change strategy definition, complex stakeholder engagement, change impact and business readiness. Alison is experienced in working in political environments and with government agencies where her reports have passed judicial review. 

Alison is a Member of Faculty and Programme Director at Ashridge Executive Education where she designs and delivers executive education and consulting initiatives. In November 2018 Alison was announced on the Thinkers50 Radar, recognising her work on Cognitive Diversity. Alison is an active researcher and writer. Her work features consistently in Harvard Business Review.


Alison draws from a diversity of disciplines to develop new thought leadership and powerful learning experiences. She brings together social psychology, philosophy and management theory with a focus on the quality of interactions between people and its impact on what they can create together. Her research explores the impact of cognitive diversity and psychological safety on business outcomes and the leadership behaviours that best support creating these environments.
