Karl Bevan

After​ ​ building​ ​ a ​ ​ career​ ​ in​ ​Financial​​ Services​ ​ in​ ​ various roles​ ​ including​ ​ operations,​ ​ sales​ ​ and​ ​ management​ ​ to director​ ​ level,​ ​ for​ ​ 12​ ​ years​ ​ Karl​ ​ then​ ​ entered​ ​ the​ ​ world​ ​ of consultancy​ working​ ​ in​ ​ two​ ​ European​ ​ business consultancies​ ​ for​ ​ 10​ ​ years​ ​ gaining​ ​ a ​ ​wider​ ​ experience​ ​ in business​ ​ and​ ​ organisational​ ​ design​ ​ projects,​ ​management development​ ​ and​ ​ sales​ ​ and​ ​ marketing​ ​ initiatives.​ ​ In​ ​ 1999, he​ ​ formed​ ​ NUTS​ ​ Ltd​ ​ to​ ​ use,​ ​ both​ ​ his​ ​ sports​ ​ coaching​ ​ and wider​ ​ business​ ​experience​ ​ to​ ​ specialise​ ​ in​ ​ performance, understanding​ ​ ‘How​ ​ humans​ ​ tick’.​ ​ In​ ​ the​ ​ last​ ​ 18​ ​ years Karl’s​ ​ work​ ​ in​ ​ both​ ​ sports​ ​ and​ ​ business​ ​ has​ ​ enabled​ ​ him to​ ​ continually​ ​ study​ ​ and​ ​ grow​ ​ his​ ​ practical​ ​ experience​ ​ in improving​ ​ individual,​ ​ group​ ​ and​ ​ team​ ​ performance.
