Camilla Haugsten
Camilla has held a variety of board positions and is the CEO and Co-Founder of Ouroboros AS, a company founded on the premise of enabling business’ unbridled potential as a primary vehicle towards a sustainable future and working to facilitate circular business as an integral component in business’ DNA.
Camilla has been engaged within the sustainability movement since “forever” and particularly after an event happening when she was 9 years old, her pathway was carved out and since, every position, degree, activity and professional decision has revolved around chasing questions for the better tomorrow, for people and planet, both in business and life. She holds a Master’s Degree in Resource Geography and Landscape Ecology from the University of Oslo and works to inspire, motivate and facilitate innovation and.
Apart from this, Camilla has a variety of post-graduate courses in management and organisational psychology. She is highly skilled for empowering interventions and training in your organisation being a licenced NLP Coach and a licenced NLP Trainer from Dr. Richard Bandler and The Society of NLP, and The Norwegian Coach Federation (DNCF). She is also a Business Mastery and Mastery University graduate from Robbins Research International. Since six years and counting, Camilla has run her own coaching business, including leadership programs and trainings in one of the leading Norwegian Coaching Schools.
Throughout all her professional life, Camilla has worked with facilitation of strategies and peak performance, ranging from international organizations, sport federations and business society. Camilla holds a system approach and can easily upscale and downscale the boarders of a system to realise the best opportunities for you, whether it be within an organization, vertically or horizontally along a value chain or more regional approaches with societies as a whole.
Camilla believes in continuous change and development, both as individuals and for the society in which we take part. As a consequence she strives to identify the defining results wanted, its purposes as vehicles for driving the change, and to achieve the shortest way possible from ideas to actions.
