Derek Tobias has over 25 years of combined consulting, leadership and management experience spanning the high-tech, finance, manufacturing, education, and service industries. Derek established Latitude International Consulting to provide professional consulting services to Fortune 500 multinational firms across Asia Pacific. As Managing Director at Latitude International for over 10 years, Derek has worked with executive teams to develop vision, mission, and strategic plans for their organizations, as well as to identify and review top leadership talent for succession planning and pipeline development. Derek has designed, developed, and delivered comprehensive leadership and professional skills curricula, and regularly facilitates leadership programs across all Asia Pacific locations including Australia, China & Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand. Derek Tobias is originally from Vancouver, Canada and is currently based in Hong Kong. He has spent the last 25 years living in a number of Asia Pacific locations: Hong Kong, PRC (Beijing), Singapore, Taiwan, Japan, and Australia.
