Michelle is the co-founder of Nehemiah Performance, a consultancy that focuses on human performance improvement. Prior to founding her company, she spent over 20 years at Xerox Corporation. Michelle’s areas of expertise are sales, sales leadership, sales performance, sales coaching, leadership coaching, marketing, customer experience and learning and development. She has successfully led sales channels including enterprise and call center. Michelle has launched new products worldwide, designed, developed, and delivered programs for organizations throughout North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. Michelle can help individuals develop leadership competencies and enhance performance by delivering tough messages while offering real-world perspectives.
