Ray has considerable experience providing coaching skill based training to managers of fortune 500 companies in China, including the localization of existing global programs to make them relevant to China’s business environment and culture. He also has coordinated the cascade of numerous China-wide training and change management programs. Ray is certified in MBTI and DISC. He is a graduate from the Oxford Coaching and Mentoring program. He is one of the core team members of the Beijing Coach Club. He is also one of the original founders of the Beijing Trainers Network
